This post office is trash. No one ever answer the phone. The mail lady broke the red flag on our mailbox and then left mail we needed sent out in there for days because she wasn’t even checking it.

I ordered stamps on Dec. 21,2021 and it is not January 8 and I still don't have them. I guess my 7 to 10 days are off or I lost count. They are to come by mail. SMH!

The post man shoves packages that don’t fit in my mailbox and my mail is damaged and smooshed. He when he does actually deliver packages to my property, he throws them and has left them in puddles of water. This is a constant problem. I have tried to call about this issue on multiple occasions and can never get through to speak with an actual person.

My mail is only picked up if I am lucky enough to have mail that is to be delivered. I have to get in my car and go find the mailman. Who then tells me "you didn't have anything going out" If he would of checked he would of seen letters sticking out! This has happened 3 times since I moved to Lima 5 months ago! Im not on a desolate road, dirt road etc

I live on a dead end street. We have 6 houses. On Sunday evening I placed 3 time sensitive letters in my mailbox with the red flag up to alert pick up. At the time I do not have a way to get to post office or drive. If my mailMAN does not have a delivery on our street he Does Not drive through here to check for outgoing mail. I had to call a friend on TUESDAY and ask them to stop by here to pick up my mail and take to post office. RIDICULOUS and HE does it all the time!!!!!!

My package days it's been delivered when it has not called the post office no answer! Drive to the post office to address the situation and was told there is nothing they can do! I'm so unhappy I've waited 3 weeks for this package and the contents were very expensive so now I don't know what to do.
