Those who are eligible for Medicare Parts A & B and Medicaid who live in our service area may join CareSource® MyCare Ohio. To enroll, call the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680 (TTY: 1-800-292-3572), or visit www.ohiomh.com and select MyCare Ohio.

Up to 60 one way trips are provided at no cost to the member to plan-approved locations each year to help you get to provider appointments, pharmacy, redetermination appointments, gym and grocery.

CareSource and local community agencies team up to help you. Area agencies connect you to non-traditional providers, such as contractors that perform services, to help coordinate care and other needs to get you the care that you need to be your best possible self.

CareSource MyCare Ohio encourages choice and self-help. It gives support so members can stay independent. The approach is person-centered care and coordination of health care with other needs.

There are changes coming from the Ohio Department of Medicaid and we do not want you to have a gap in your health coverage. There are easy steps you can take now to ensure you do not miss any news or changes to your benefits.
1. Keep your information current. Make sure your address and phone number are up-to-date with the Ohio Department of Medicaid. There are many ways to do this:
- Call 1-800-324-8680. You can call Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Log in to the online portal at benefits.ohio.gov.
- Contact a case worker with the County Department of Job and Family Service.
2. Check your mail. If you get a packet in the mail asking you to renew or asking for more information about your Medicaid coverage, respond right away. If you do not respond, you risk losing your coverage, even if you are eligible for Medicaid.

2024 Medicaid Managed Care Annual Open Enrollment
Ohio Medicaid managed care members will be able to select their plan by calling the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline at 1-800-324-8680 or utilizing the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline Member Portal. You do not have to do anything if you want to keep your current Medicaid Managed Care Plan.
