Kujou Sara, the leader of the Tenryou Commission's Forces. She's a charismatic general often taking part in battle with her troops instead of watching at a safe distance. A very honorable woman who despises anything considered dishonorable conduct.

Kujou Sara's loyalty to the Raiden Shogun stems from the fact that she thinks being granted the Electro vision saved her as she was falling from a great height during battle. The powers the vision gave her allowed her to land safely. She eats almost anything except sweets, as these put her at ease. Something she thinks unfitting for her.
Kujou Sara is a 4-star character who debuted in the banner "Reign of Serenity" together with Raiden Shogun.
Combat Details
Kujou Sara is a sub DPS/support character capable of being of buffing the attacks of your party. Her caveat is that she needs at least 200% energy recharge if she's solo, and about 140% if she's with Raiden Shogun. Don't let that deter you from using her, as she's a very good substitute for Bennett if you don't have him as her battery potential with the aforementioned energy recharge can be quite insane.
Kujou Sara's Talents and Skill Priorities
Sara has the unique ability to buff your party member's attacks. However, it's much different from Bennett where all you have to press is his elemental burst. For Kujou Sara, you'd need to press her elemental skill first and then aim a charged shot on the ground, and then switch to the character you want the buff to apply to.

Kujou Sara's Constellation
Kujou Sara works as a great unit at C0, however, C2 is where things get really good for her. Aside from that, C4 and C6 are also constellations to look out for. Especially C6 which can make her OP on certain team compositions.

Kujou Sara can be a polarizing character due to her playstyle. Some people enjoy it and some people despise it. Keep this in mind when building her.
Best Weapons for Kujou Sara
Kujou Sara, similar to Bennett, would want to choose the highest ATK bow possible in your arsenal. This is due to the fact that her ATK% buff scales off of her BASE ATTACK. With that being said, here are some examples:

| Elegy for the End | A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by60. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by100and increases ATK by20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack. |
Best Artifacts for Kujou Sara
Kujou Sara can use these as her artifact sets depending on what your party needs. If nobody in your party is wearing 4 piece Noblesse Oblige, you can go for it. Otherwise, go with 4 piece Emblem of Severed Fate. Main stats to look out for are Energy Recharge/ATK Sands, Electro DMG% Goblet, Crit Rate/Crit Damage Circlet depending on your crit rate.

Go with Energy Recharge sands if you don't fulfill the 200% Energy Recharge criteria for solo Kujou Sara or 140% if paired with Raiden Shogun.
